行政処分取消訴訟に関するお知らせ

当学院は、2022年9月7日、留学告示別表第一から当学院を抹消する旨の行政処分を受け、福岡地方裁判所に対し、本件処分の取消しを求める訴訟を提訴しておりました。
2022年9月30日付けの裁判所の決定によって本件訴訟の判決が出るまでの間につき本件処分の停止が認められていましたが、誠に遺憾ながら、本日の判決は当学院の請求を棄却する内容のものでした。
当学院は、本件処分前から一貫して、本件処分に妥当性がないことを主張しておりましたが、その正当性について改めて明らかにすべく、速やかに、控訴状を提出いたします。
また、控訴の提起に伴い、本件処分の執行停止の申立ても行いますので、今後の手続の進捗についても報告してまいります。
学生の皆様、関係者および社会の皆様には多大なるご心配をおかけしておりますことをお詫び申し上げます。学生につきましては、関係機関と連携し、速やかに対応を行ってまいります。改めまして、当学院が一丸となり、学生が安心して日本語を学べる場の確保に努めてまいりたいと存じます。
